
Elaine “Atty E” Antonio Bordeaux is a distinguished Filipina–American attorney and visual artist based inTexas. Licensed to practice in New York since 2008, Elaine has built an esteemed career spanning over 15 years in immigration and nationality law across the U.S. She founded E. Antonio Bordeaux PLLC in Broomfield, Colorado with an office location in Dallas, Texas, offering comprehensive services including family petitions, investor and employment visas, waivers, removal defense, asylum claims, SIJS, and business immigration filings.
Elaine has represented hundreds of clients—including victims of human trafficking and labor exploitation, refugees, asylum seekers, and unaccompanied immigrant children—working both privately and through volunteer efforts with local non-profit organizations to serve indigent populations from South America, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and beyond
A dedicated promoter of professionalism and ethics in immigration, she is a long-standing member of the New York State Bar and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Elaine Antonio Bordeaux is a Filipina-American sculptor whose works celebrate courage, heritage, and the human spirit. Her “courage exhibit” has been exhibited successfully in Erope and the United States. Through sculpture, she gives form to stories of strength, identity, and remembrance. She created the bust sculpture of Magdalena Leones, the only Asian Silver Star Awardee of World War II. She is also the co-sculptor of the 6 ft monument of Dr Jose Rizal at George Fellows Park, Colorado Springs. As President of the Dr. Jose Rizal Legacy International Foundation, she leads the Dr. Jose Rizal Monument Movement in the United States.
